Unfriendly service & attitude from the staff, if I can give zero star, I would have. I Wanted to patronise the restaurant, before ordering, I needed to use the wash room, so I asked the lady at the counter if I could use the wash room. The counter lady told me to walk across the carpark to use the toilet of S11 coffee shop. Nowonder this restaurant is soo empty, now I know how unwelcoming their services are. If you are the business owner of this outlet at bishan reading this, yr outlet staff need to be more friendly. Service: 1

This isn’t about the money — the prices are reasonable. But the food was honestly terrible. The long beans were completely undercooked — hard and raw. Even my kid refused to eat it and said we should never come back again. That says a lot. The green curry was acceptable, which is the only reason this place gets 2 stars. But even in that dish, the long beans were still undercooked. It feels like basic cooking standards were ignored. Having lived in Thailand for many years, I can confidently say this does not represent authentic Thai food. They should seriously reconsider calling themselves “Maya Thai” if this is the standard they’re serving. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Mata Thai, 1) We were at the Bishan outlet yesterday (5th Feb), 845pm. 2) The short Chinese aunty staff was staring at us the moment we walked into the shop. 3) While we were eating, the Chinese aunty kept staring at us. 4) Your closing time is announced to be 10pm. We went in at 845pm. Why were we given such offensive treatment by the Chinese aunty? What was her problem? Afterall, we were the paying customer and there was no way to rudely side-stare us, not welcoming us to eat. 5) When my mother asked the aunty about the toilet door, the Chinese aunty was rude to my mother. 6) I look forward to hearing from you. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
