The Christmas course menu offered a refined mix of meat and seafood, with each plate carefully presented. The aged beef steak tasting was incredibly tender, rich in umami, and cooked exactly to the requested doneness, making it the highlight of the night. The lobster and shrimp wrapped in cabbage had a sweet, clean flavor and matched beautifully with the light consomme-style sauce, so the seafood never felt heavy. Overall, the portions were just right, the pacing of the dishes was smooth, and the atmosphere was calm and festive, making it a place worth revisiting for a special occasion. クリスマスコースは肉料理と魚介料理のバランスが良く、一皿一皿の盛り付けも上品でした。 特に熟成牛のステーキ食べ比べは、火入れが絶妙で柔らかく、熟成ならではの凝縮した旨味が感じられ、この日の中で一番のお気に入りでした。 オマール海老と海老のキャベツ包みも、海老の甘さと香りがしっかり引き立ち、軽めのソースと相性が良く、最後まで重くならずに楽しめました。 量や提供ペースも程よく、落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくりクリスマスディナーを味わえるお店だと思います。.
