A high quality Japanese restaurant offering a wide variety of dishes, including shabu-shabu, yakiniku, sushi, and a la carte options. To start, the staff served mozuku seaweed in a yuzu sauce to awaken the palate, refreshing and pleasant. They use premium Japanese A5 beef as their main ingredient. Today, I tried the hamburg steak and three different cuts of grilled beef. The hamburg steak was nice fragrant, tender, and melt-in-your-mouth. The grilled beef was also great and well worth the price. The standout, however, was the yuzu dipping sauce. It elevates everything you dip into it and pairs exceptionally well with the grilled meat. Service was attentive, and the space is beautifully designed and airy, with no lingering smoke from the grill, well worth the price.
