Best coffee at Kwan Phayao! The owner is super friendly and has seating available for customers to enjoy the atmosphere and their coffee. He also has poached eggs and a variety selection of coffee. High recommended! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ฿1–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
