I had a very poor experience at your bakery. The staff member, Tracy, kept using pushy and misleading tactics by repeatedly offering “free toys” only if I purchased cakes or other products. This felt manipulative and unprofessional. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and left a very bad impression. I hope management will address this behavior and improve the customer experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
