とても広いレストランで驚きました！ 円卓を囲んでお食事ができるので 会話もお料理も楽しめる空間でした。 接客応対は何話してるのかわからなかったので 広東語をお話できる方と一緒に行った方がいいです。 お料理は上品な味わいで美味しかったです。

朝7時30分から営業 中国らしいというか、時間帯によって料理の値段が違います 7時半から11時半までにテーブルから退去する時間帯が最も安く、土日祝日が1番高い 英語のメニューをもらって、そこにペンでチェックを入れて渡すとオーダーができ、1回目のオーダーをすると伝票が来るので、そのQRコードの読み込みをして追加オーダーはスマホからできます。頼んだ飲茶以外に、お茶代で1人17ドルサービスチャージ、%が算されます. City Hallビルにも店舗がありますが、そちらの方が料金体系も雰囲気も高級です。飲茶の開店時間はam 11時だったと思います。. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: HK$100–150

Maxim's Palace (Sheung Wan) is a perfect spot to enjoy wonderful dim sum in Hong Kong. Located in the basement level of Shun Tak building, the restaurant serves a wide range of tasty dishes, such as har gow, siu mai, char siu bao, and cheung fun. The food is fresh, hot, and flavorful. The restaurant has a pleasant, calming and clean interior. The design is classy and cozy, with floral patterns and soft lighting. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is fast and efficient. The atmosphere of the restaurant is wonderful, especially on weekday mornings when it is not crowded. You can see many elderly regulars, who seem to have been coming here for years, chatting with each other and the staff like old friends. They create a warm and happy mood and make you feel like you're part of the family. Maxim's Palace (Sheung Wan) is a great place to have a delightful dim sum experience in Hong Kong. The price of the food is reasonable for the quality and quantity. It is not the cheapest place, but definitely not expensive. Great quality dim sum, wonderful pleasant environment and quick efficient service. Try it, you will not regret it.
