The owner is accommodating and very welcoming. The servers are very attentive and hospitable as well. For the food we've tried so far, the bulalo is my favorite 10/10 we also ordered sisig 9/10, sinigang na bangus 8/10, the adobo is also good though it's not that authentic like the usual adobo I had back in the Philippines for me it 6/10. Boneless bangus is also a must try. I can finish the whole thing 9/10, and we also had Pakbet the tagalog style not as I expected, because I prefer the pakbet ilokano but its also good as well for me I will give it 8/10 because I love to eat vegetables. And if you love desserts and sweets, you can order the halo-halo. Personally, since I am not into too sweet, I will give it 6/10. Overall, if you miss Filipino dishes, Maya Bistro is highly recommended Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
