Service by the crew (including the male manager) was disappointing. Ordered a hotcakes and big breakfast bundle and requested to swap the strawberry jam for a tub of whipped butter due to health reasons. Request was rejected by the manager. The reason he gave was: “Jam is free, butter is chargeable.” You need to exercise some form of flexibility! As suggested by other reviewers, your team needs a retraining at Bkk or Tw. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

spends almost 30 minute havent get it. another 2 customer walk in behind me already get their food and walk away....the next funny things.. i went back around 10.15am but still cannot see my order~ look like the system cannot find my order & finaly i need wait another few minute around 10.28am to get my food. Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 1–10
