I went to this particular McDonald's my food was given to me incorrectly I called and spoke to a manager who was rude and belligerent on the phone refuse to do anything about the food even though I possess the receipt I called and spoke to the general manager who was nice at first and then called her manager and came back and said that unless I brought the food back that I couldn't have anyting they were going to do anyting and the incident occurred two days prior to me calling because the general manager was out of the store for two days worst experience I ever had pulled up into the drive-thru the kid was actually picking his nose they don't wear gloves and the store is filthy
