areas, this McDonald's is naturally crowded and noisy, often packed with tired and hungry tourists. They recently installed three large touchscreen kiosks with card payment options; however, since many customers are unfamiliar with them, the helpful staff is always on hand to assist. The indoor seating layout is not ideal due to the limited space, though there are a few tables and chairs outside along the sidewalk. For parking, you will need to enter Soi 19 and use the Shibuya 19 parking facility. Additionally, the restroom is shared with the Shibuya 19 complex.

Dear McDonald's Thailand Team, Subject: Formal Complaint: Deliberate delay and unprofessional conduct at Shibuya Pratunam I am writing to report an extremely poor service experience at your Shibuya Pratunam branch (Store #50165) on March 2nd at 00:40. I was served by Chayanit (Crew ID: 143796). Not only was the staff's attitude hostile and disrespectful, but they also deliberately made me wait by prioritizing other customers' orders that came after mine. This intentional delay and "skipping" of my order #61 is completely unacceptable. Attached is my receipt as proof. I expect a formal response regarding how this will be addressed to prevent such biased service in the future. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
