Dear McDonald's Thailand Team, Subject: Formal Complaint: Deliberate delay and unprofessional conduct at Shibuya Pratunam I am writing to report an extremely poor service experience at your Shibuya Pratunam branch (Store #50165) on March 2nd at 00:40. I was served by Chayanit (Crew ID: 143796). Not only was the staff's attitude hostile and disrespectful, but they also deliberately made me wait by prioritizing other customers' orders that came after mine. This intentional delay and "skipping" of my order #61 is completely unacceptable. Attached is my receipt as proof. I expect a formal response regarding how this will be addressed to prevent such biased service in the future. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was amazing and a lot for the price, the self order kiosks were also very cool. but the atmosphere wasn't that pleasant. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Tried the porridge, big breakfast and pork burger as its not available where I came from. Porridge is a bit too salty, while the big breakfast taste similar to the ones served in Singapore. The pork burger is a bit disappointing, the ones served in Singapore are either chicken or beef so i have high hope for the pork based burger. Its still alright, just not as nice as I envisioned. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
