I witnessed a fight between manager and a worker there. And the malay manager guy forget my shaker fries. And my drink wasn’t cold i know he took the old drinks that wasn’t supposed to be mine. I worked at macdonald so i know all this. I prefer the skinny indian male manager. Everytime he work everything goes smoothly and not a single mistakes Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Walked into McDonald’s, thought I’d grab a quick bite, But half the place felt like a sauna, not right. Aircon dead on one side, sweating through my shirt, Didn’t expect my lunch to come with discomfort and hurt. Fries came out pale, like they’d never met heat, Cold, limp, lifeless — not something you eat. Nuggets looked sad, no crunch, no gold, Bland little blobs, soggy and cold. And here’s the shock, the ultimate sign — I didn’t finish nuggets for the very first time. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

This is probably one of the most ridiculous mistake by McDonald's. The 1-for-1 Chicken McNuggets are missing and they gave me five (yes, 5) Sausage McMuffins instead of the Scrambled Egg Burger with Sausage and Sausage Egg McMuffin that I ordered. I had requested for a refund from Grab, but Grab is refusing to process a refund for the missing and incorrect items. I had called up McDonald's Bendemeer outlet and was told that they are unable to help me as they are "only responsible for providing the food". I strongly advise to order from their McDonald's app instead as . Update: Sent in two appeals for a refund and Grab finally processed a refund for the missing and incorrect items. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1
