My order is at 12:20pm and requested for table service, end up I have wait for 20mins for my order and I have to and ask for my order and order it! (See the photo attached) corn was cold the butter don’t even melt at all!! Where’s is your service? Not even an apology from the manager and staffs!!!! If cannot handle high volume then retrain your team! Only focus on take away order then customer who eat in have to wait?! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My mum patronised the outlet at Compass One on 30th Sept 2026 at 9pm. She writing this feedback that most of the customers including herself walk-in to dine here , prefer to order at counter rather than at self-service kiosks installed here. Also, at counter do have the menu there as well. Looking at the perspective that not user-friendly to those who are not tech-savvy ? but for myself, I look at otherwise, I order through the McDonald’s app on my phone or alternatively through the kiosks itself. This all depends lah. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
