I have no problem with environmental protection, but I cannot accept reusable shared cups... First: It has almost zero heat retention. A cup of hot Americano turns into an iced Americano in 5 minutes. Second: It’s the black dirt on the rim of the cup that can be wiped away with a paper towel. I believe the store must have cleaned it, but it must have only been rinsed with water. After that I never wanted to go to McDonald's again. *By the way, don’t criticize me for why you don’t bring your own eco-friendly cup, and you can get a five-dollar discount! Because that damn self-service ordering machine doesn’t have the option to “bring your own eco-friendly cup”. So I could only stand at the unoccupied counter and wait for an employee who reluctantly came to help me order food. Then before ordering, I had to be reluctantly educated by them: "You can use the self-service ordering machine next time." . Then I could only silently pick up the thermos cup I brought and shake it in front of them twice before continuing the embarrassing and annoying ordering process. So until these problems are resolved, I probably won't come back again, but they don't seem to lack me as a customer.
