オペレーションが悪すぎる。 番号がReadyになったから行ってもできておらず。それどころかその番号が消えてもできていない。 まっててもでてこないので、でてこない旨を伝えても無視される。大部分の対応が終わってからようやく対応始める。 どれだけ後回しにしたら気が済むんだ。馬鹿にしてる。 ひどい店だ。 テイクアウトの内容を家で確認したら足りてないし。。。 ちゃんとその場で揃ってるか確認しないとだめか。 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

McDonald’s McCrispy is one of the best fried chicken in Singapore. This Jem McDonald’s gets too many orders not just from people visiting the restaurant but online delivery orders so the employees are persistently overwhelmed even during late hours of the day. For the waiting time, it’s not fast food anymore but that’s how it is at this Jem branch. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

This McDonald's must be the MOST STINGY & STUFFY outlet in whole of SG. Not sure why, this McDonald's outlet switch OFF their AIRCON ESPECIALLY during BOTH EVENING DINNER TIME & SUPPER NIGHT TIME, making it super STUFFY despite the HIGH foot traffic and HIGH VOLUME of customers. Its been a while since March 2024 at least. Making This mcd outlet super STUFFY and SUPER STINGY. You will literally sweat through ur hair while eating, might as well eat at other places, u can have a much cooler experience. After feedback to management, and beg them to on the aircon please, they will pretend to Increase the wind speed a little bit after a while (from speed 0.5 to maybe speed 1, but still NO aircon. After a while they increase the wind speed by abit, not sure why MCD will OFF the fan again. Very weird and stingy management at McDonald's JEM. Spend so much here, cannot even eat a meal in peace. We now need to clean the table ourselves, clear the tray and rubbish after eating no problem. Who knows next time they will tell u to bring ur own fan or portable aircon in future.
