Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever gone to. Everything was messed up, just pure disappointment over the span of 3 visits. Every word written here is valid and was written out of pure frustration that was felt while visiting this place. Our food was repeatedly not served the way it was ordered. They kept messing up our orders. Set menus were brought out mixed with other items with no organization to be seen. Two cups of coffee were already brewed and were sitting on ready on the counter, yet only one was brought out. The second cup didn’t show up until we complained that our order still wasn’t complete. The staff had to come to our table and go for about 7 times because everything was wrong. What made this even more frustrating was that nothing about the situation justified it. The restaurant was not busy. There was no rush, no chaos but unexplained delay after delay following up with mistake after mistake. Each time we had to speak up, it felt like we were being treated as a nuisance for asking for what we already paid for. When members of our group approached the counter to verify the status of the order, the staff responded with a visibly unpleasant expression, conveying irritation rather than concern. Shortly thereafter, when we again approached the counter to request another order check, the staff clearly saw me but chose not to come over or offer assistance. Another thing that frustrated me was the second assistant manager: ANT. She was judging us from afar with that extremely unpleasant look you would see. My family just wanted to have a simple brunch, but we couldn't. The efficacy of the workers was rock bottom. Follow up to Brad Greir in the reviews, The food looked like it was run over more than one time. The staff barely gave any effort except this one lady who gave her best to help us. Place feels like it was made from hopes and dreams of a toddler. my sister ordered a burger after complaining because they didn't put it in. Burger came out smashed and looked like roadkill. paid about a 1000 Baht for this and this is the type of service we got. Amazing. This place being compared to other McDonald's in Chiang Mai feels like ragebait. Everything was at bare minimal with most 1 star reviews backing me up with my claim. Most 5 stars are either irrelevant to the service and management or 6~7 years ago. Place felt like it was made out of disappointment. Again I am very disappointed. We paid for our food, waited for about 30 minutes with no one else in sight and it didn't come out correctly. We asked them to recheck, got hit with an unpleasant look that made us look like we did something wrong. Worst McDonald experience. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is a complaint...I'm writing it from my seat in McDonald's after a Big Meal. Anyone giving this restaurant more than 1 star is a relative of the owner or a friend who ate for free!!! *Worst coffee I've had in awhile *No butter *1 napkin I could see thru *The cardboard tomato sauce container was so thin it just flattened out with ketchup in it *The potato was excellent the rest looked like it had been run over on the road. *The tomato sauce is not McDonald's normal sauce....watery and off color (definitely not McDonald's) *The decor and lighting is from the 70's at best...awfull looking place! *ONE sad little podium to order from! *Never saw a staff member after food was ready...there was no need I guess as there wasn't a soul in the place AND I REPEAT....worst coffee ever! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
