Had a issue with the self service ordering and two of the machines broke on us, went to the desk and the lady wouldn't take my order and told me to use the machine, went to use the machine and was then told by another lady to order at the desk!. Went to redeem a free ice cream and was told they finished ice cream now and at 3pm. Food was okay and service was about 10 minutes for food. Unbelievable that this place is so poorly rated. It’s by far the best McDonald’s I’ve visited in Thailand. Very clean, excellent service, and they adapted the menu to my request (no sauces on the burger) without any issues. The meal was brought to the table in under five minutes. Would definitely recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿200–400
