Buying McDonald's nuggets due to chancing upon special promotional price. Of 20pc / $9.90, in a long while - 3 years ish. Very poor service and knowledge from Bedok Reservoir outlet Manager Ms Jaslin on sauces policy when enquired on free sauces for 6/9 pcs. Uncertain with her guesses. Be transparent and put up notices and prices inside restaurants and price lists. Don't hide information behind multiple pages and clicks or unknowgeable employees. Btw, Manager Jaslin. The charging for sauces was not 2/3 years ago per her answer but 1yr ago on Jan 2025. Don't mislead your staff and customers - leaves a bad taste. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
