During the semester, I could understand occasional mistakes because the place was busy. Even one mistake out of every five orders might have been somewhat understandable under those circumstances. However, even after the semester ended, the service quality remains extremely poor, and the rude attitude has not changed at all. The staff often laugh among themselves instead of focusing on customers or handling orders properly. What is even more disappointing is that headquarters does not seem to care about this ongoing situation. After checking the Google reviews, it is clear that most of the positive reviews are from several years ago, while the newest reviews are dominated by one-star ratings. The poor service, lack of professionalism, and careless attitude have continued for a long time, yet nothing appears to be improving. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very good service. Staff are very helpful and sincere. This outlet is spacious with friendly and lively vibes. One of the best McDonald's branches in SG.
