Queue number was deleted from display screen despite not collecting the food. Couldn’t understand my position in the queue, and have to wait there aimlessly for another 10 mins. When I stood there waiting to collect the food, was asked by the restaurant manager to stand to one side in order not to block the queue when it wasn’t clear where the designated waiting zone was. Worse still when finally collected my food, missing two items - milk and hashbrown, and when consuming, cheese unmelted in the burger, despite being such a simple order. Always forget to put things in my takeout containers. Today forgot to put in milk, honey, and butter. The ham order was assigned to the sausage order. No cutlery was provided.

The McDonald's workers were very sweet to us when one of us accidentally dumped our ez link into a trashbin because it was on the tray. Despite the anxiety that rose in that moment, they stayed calm and tried various ways to ensure that the ez link card could be retrieved. A few of them brought the trash out and sorted through it with us. They were kind and didn't hesitate to joke around and laugh which eased the tension. Overall, they helped us and we appreciate them very much. Thank you for being fast and proactive. We'll never forget this.
