Very bad experience and is not the first time. terrible service and bad attitude of the staffs. This morning my father went to this outlet to buy for the 1-1 meal, he use both of his mobile apps to buy the breakfast for his friends. But he was unable to login by one of his mobile. He requested courter staff to check for him but due to language issue, they refer a Chinese staff to explain to my father. This Chinese staff shout at my father and said: U DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO GO HOME AND ASK YR CHILDREN TO HELP U BEFORE U COME AND BUY!!! WANT TO ENJOY THIS KIND OF CHEAPO OFFER IS TROUBLESOME ONE. ( This is VERY BAD ATTITUDE & RIDICULOUS!!!!! WE ARE PAYING FOR THE MEAL NOT FOC!!! ) How can McDonald provide this kind of POOR services !!!!! And this is the way you train your staffs to serve your customer???!!!! Your staffs already spoilt a customer a days mood!!!! I NEED a explanation regarding this incident.

Ordered for takeaway. filet o fish without tartar sauce but it come with tartar sauce same outlet I ordered take away 2 weeks ago, 2 sets of happy meals missing out the toys, when I went back to collect the toys, a male staff allowing me to choose between minion and Barbie doll, suddenly an elderly female staff snatch back the minion toys mentioning it is not available....
