I was having dinner at the Sentosa store on 26/12/2019 at 8.30pm and the counter was crowded with customers but one strong yet friendly voice rung out trying to please customers decisions and as to whether a certain type of card could be used as a payment method. As I noticed later, his good name is Zahir. He handled his customers without hesitation nor tiresome. He was simply dedicated and professional in a fun way that answers all his customers endless queries while serving them. He made me smiled at the way he works and he enjoyed his work every bit of it. I must commend on his communication with his customers and his colleagues simultaneously and it was really my first time I see a McDonald's staff working without boundaries. It is very fortunate for McDonald's to have such a prized staff and Mr Zahir, keep up the excellent service! Thank you.
