Always have missing items be it through delivery, take out or even eat in.. When approach the staff, they will say they are busy and no time to check customers orders, so customers pay and they dont receive their orders is fine? Wake up! You are a fast food chain and you dont care about customers service?? Food: 1 Service: 1

I was deliberating whether to get a Burger King or a McDonald’s. While I was on the phone, I noticed a lady who looked incredibly sweet walking, making sure the customers were well taken care of. She, namely Patricia, was actively checking and assisting customers, clearing tables, and ensuring everything was in order. There was something genuinely warm and sincere about the way she carried herself. I also noticed the manager, Jian Bao, who had a very nice smile and came across as equally sincere and approachable. Together, they created a welcoming atmosphere that made the restaurant feel well cared for. In a world where people are often quick to complain about poor service, I thought it was only fair to acknowledge good service when I see it. Her kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 1–10
