Food quality standards have been falling at this branch. Last week had a horribly diluted hot Milo. Today, took away 1 large 1 medium fries and realised this is what I got. What's the minimum standard McDonald's? Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I had a wonderful experience at this outlet today! I was carrying my baby and struggling a bit with my hands full, but the restaurant manager was incredibly kind and attentive. She stepped in to help and neatly packed my entire order into a plastic bag so it would be convenient for me to carry. This small act of care and excellent customer service made a huge difference to my day. Thank you so much to the manager for going the extra mile! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
