Fries came half filled. Ordered through Grab and it was not driver issue as he waited 35 mins for another issue with order at McDonald’s bedok mall. Our food came cold and unacceptable to eat. Called bedok mall to speak to a rude person who just hang up on me. Very disappointed with this chain. Order from another deserving McDonald’s Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1

I experienced an issue redeeming rewards on the McDonald's App, but I was fortunate enough to be at the Bedok Mall outlet where a wonderful staff member patiently addressed my problem. Ultimately, the issue was resolved! My sincere gratitude to Madam Susila at McDonald's Bedok Mall!!! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
