I am disappointed with the customer service I experienced, waiting 20 minutes for a frappe chocolate. The staff's loud conversation and laughter were off-putting. Despite asking my son to ask about our drink's status, it was prepared long ago but not called out, reflecting poorly on their service. Today 4 june 26 at 410 to 430pm at Northpoint Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

The Filipino staff who handed over my take out order is very friendly and polite. She’s the first staff there that ever asked which condiment I wanted instead of assuming everyone wanted chilli sauce. And the extra mile she went with the happy meals. A pity I didn’t see her name but a valuable staff nonetheless. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

This review serves as a formal complaint regarding repeated order fulfillment failures by McDonald's delivery service. In my most recent order, I ordered two meals item, however only one meals was delivered. The delivery rider has officially noted this discrepancy. I request that management review CCTV footage to confirm the missing item. This incident is not isolated. I have experienced multiple occurrences of missing items in past orders. The repetition of this issue demonstrates a systemic lack of quality control and failure to meet basic service standards. I am requesting immediate refund and/or compensation for the undelivered item. Customers should not be required to repeatedly report errors for items that were paid for but not received. If this issue continues without proper resolution, it raises serious concerns regarding service reliability and accountability. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and professionally.
