It is extremely slow. There has been constantly system error, almost every time we visit. It really needs to be fixed. Coffee order on an ordinary work day gets to be ready after 15 mins. During peak hour, a normal meal holds a 40 mins wait at least. It could have been a lucrative store but the efficiency is appalling. Even my two kids avoid this store now. Little egg, small sausage patty for a 12 dollar meal, also had hair. Staff were quick to remedies to situation. Hope the service will be more efficient as it is a new outlet.
