ドライブスルーを利用して、商品が出来上がるまで待機場で待つように言われたので待っていたら年配のおばちゃんが渡しに来た 紙袋の中身がえらい少ないなと思って見てみると、セットの飲み物だけでポテトとバーガーの姿がない！ 「お気を付けて～ありがとうございました～」って小走りで去っていったから急いで「すみません！！！」って大声で呼びかけたのにスタスタと店内へ、、、どうしようと困っていたら他の若いスタッフさんが走って届けに来てくれました 泣きそうになりました. Food: 5 Service: 1

We dropped by マクドナルド 高山駅西店 (Takayama Station West) initially just for my daughter to settle her online module bookings, but the visit turned out to be much more enjoyable than expected. This branch is genuinely cosy, clean, and welcoming—perfect for a short break or even a longer sit-down if you need to get some work done. One of the biggest highlights is the stable and fast free WiFi, which was reliable enough for online registration without any hiccups. On top of that, there is free parking for customers, which is extremely convenient, especially in a busy tourist town like Takayama. We also took the chance to try a couple of seasonal and classic items. The new Beef Demi Gracoro Burger was delicious—the crispy croquette filled with creamy white sauce and macaroni paired very well with the rich demi-glace beef. It’s indulgent, comforting, and uniquely Japanese in flavour. The Teriyaki Chicken Burger was also a hit: juicy, tender chicken coated in a generous layer of sweet-savoury teriyaki glaze, complemented nicely by fresh lettuce and creamy mayo. Overall, this McDonald’s branch exceeded expectations. Whether you're looking for a comfortable spot to rest, a stable WiFi connection, or simply a satisfying meal, Takayama Station West’s McDonald’s is a surprisingly great choice.
