On 9/28 at 15:17pm, I bought a medium potato at McDonald's in Neili Carrefour. When I picked up the meal, I saw that the French fries were not filled. I told the clerk that the price had increased but I often got half-full French fries (referring to the French fries). All McDonald’s, not this branch) The lady replied, "We all follow the standard weight." After saying that, I took out the chips from my bag and dumped them all into the trash can. He went to the french fries counter and took out another packaged medium potato and brought it to me. He said again, "We all follow the standard weight." After leaving the counter, the more I thought about it, the more wrong I became. I turned around and took a photo of the name tag on her chest. The employee number was 302315 Ms. Li. What I don't understand is that McDonald's has indeed raised prices, but they still won't refuse to buy because of the price increase. But it does happen that it is not full from time to time (again, this is not specific to this store) Today I just gave my feedback to the store and did not ask her to reinstall it or give me a fuller one. But the store clerk's response was to educate customers twice, "We all have standard weights." I'd like to ask if there was a time when McDonald's weighed each package of French fries? Maybe your company's SOP education has this, but I have never seen any store implement the weight of each bag of fries when loading fries. Next, if Ms. Li wants to educate us again that they all follow the "standard weight", after pouring out the original bag of chips, shouldn't they put a new bag and weigh it for the customers to see?
