McDonald's in the RT-Mart building, just outside the entrance to the hypermarket. This place doesn't have drive-through and is lacking a visual monitor for calling orders. You need to be able to listen to calling number in Mandarin Chinese. On the plus side, it has lots of seats with various sizes of tables. It's not too crowded during weekday lunchtime.
