First time dining in at McDonald’s Waterway today (Tuesday afternoon, after breakfast hours), and I had a really pleasant experience. The outlet was not crowded, which made it comfortable and relaxed. What stood out most was the Malay manager on duty — her professionalism and energy were truly impressive. She brought such a positive vibe to the whole outlet. While I was waiting for my order, she kindly offered to serve the food to my table, which I didn’t expect at all. I also noticed her actively helping other customers and engaging with them warmly. You can really feel the difference when someone takes pride in their work — it lifts the entire atmosphere. Great service, great energy, and a very enjoyable visit!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

taste is bad. sprite is literally soda water. order to deliver 1 double chicken prosperity and Mcchicken but came 2 single chicken prosperity. everything is so wrong and my son can only eat fries as the prosperity is a little spicy for him. Well done McDonald's Waterway Point Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
