Had the chicken wrap here and overall the food quality was genuinely good. The ingredients tasted fresh, the wrap was well prepared, and the portion had a decent amount of chicken/protein compared to many other places. Everything also looked clean and hygienic, which is something I pay attention to while traveling. The place itself is comfortable to sit and relax for a while, with a nice atmosphere if you want to eat calmly or work a bit. Service was mostly good as well. The man working there was friendly and welcoming. The woman seemed a bit less warm/friendly, which is the only small downside from my experience. Overall, still a solid place and I’d come back for the food. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

We had a great experience at Meal Prep in Koh Samui. It’s a very nice and welcoming place where everyone can build their own meal exactly to their preferences, which is a great concept for anyone looking for healthy and customizable food. We ordered the wraps, and they were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and very satisfying. As a nice bonus, we were also served a complimentary ginger shot, which was a thoughtful touch and a great way to start the meal. Overall, this is an excellent spot for healthy and tasty food in a relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ko Samui. Meal prep samui in chaweng is the best place on the island, maybe in the whole of thailand for affordable clean macro calculated food. Theyre quality and dedicated to heavy scrans is unparalleled. Me and my friends have been coming here nearly everyday for over a year and they are always consist with high quality food aswell as providing a great atmosphere for good craic. Shout out my home girl Rona for always providing a warm welcome everyday! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
