Manager, I will change this review when you resolve the issue. I came last week and you helped me with my order. Instead of your protein pancake, I wanted to have my recipe. Your servers that are from miramar refuse to make the adjustment when you did it for me after you said "oh this is sumple". I dont understand why. It is such a simple recipe. I live in samui. Six weeks of eating 2 - 3 Meal Prep Samui meals a day, and it is the single biggest reason my nutrition stays on track. Three things stand out: First, the food actually tastes good. The Beef Chilli Crunch Bowl and the Chicken N Chips are standouts, and the variety is wide enough that eating prepped meals never gets boring. Second, the macros are accurate. I track everything precisely and cross-checked their listed numbers against my measured TDEE and my actual weight change across the full six weeks. Predicted and observed matched almost exactly. That only happens if the kitchen is genuinely weighing and portioning to spec, meal after meal. Most services treat their macro numbers as estimates. These guys are precise. Third, the execution is consistent. Daily delivery is always on time, and every meal arrives at the same quality and the same presentation. That sounds basic until you notice how many restaurants cannot manage it twice in a row, let alone for six weeks straight. Ordering is easy, and there is an optional prepaid credit system if you order regularly. An easy five stars. If you train seriously and need your intake to be real numbers rather than estimates, this is the place.
