Meat Public in Ari, Bangkok is a must-visit for beef lovers. The quality of the meat is seriously impressive, and every dish feels well thought out. The beef tongue (sous vide 24 hrs) is incredibly tender and juicy, with a rich flavor that melts in your mouth. One of the highlights for sure. The tenderloin with spicy butter rice bowl is bold and satisfying — the buttery richness with a spicy kick pairs perfectly with the soft, high-quality beef. Super comforting and addictive. The tenderloin with salt and chili fried rice is another standout — simple but packed with flavor, and the beef is cooked just right. Overall, the vibe is great, the food is delicious, and it’s a place you’d want to come back to. Definitely worth it!”.
