12/30 12/31 I bought pasta at Xian’s specialty store for two consecutive days and I ate long and thick wire. On the first day, I wanted to forget it. It’s inevitable in the catering industry. As a result, I bought the same pasta the next day and ate wire again. The first time I took the wire back, I showed it to the shopkeeper. They actually asked me to take out the invoice and refund the money to me. This is ridiculous. Instead of apologizing immediately, he directly asked me to get the invoice and refund the money. If you swallow it, it will hurt your mouth, throat, or intestines. Can I make up for it by apologizing or paying money?

The mall has issued a fine to the counter and warned the store manager to strengthen employee training and prohibit the use of iron brush cleaning products. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
