I visited this store on June 27, 2026, at 1:40 PM. Does this store not have an owner or a manager? It feels like the store has been left entirely in the hands of unprepared and poorly trained employees. My order was a yogurt smoothie and a lemonade. There were four employees working at the time: one at the cashier, one washing dishes, and two preparing drinks. However, all four seemed unprepared and unable to handle the orders efficiently despite the queue of waiting customers. The two employees making drinks were often laughing about the chaos in front of customers and seemed confused about which orders belonged to whom. My order took 20 minutes to be prepared, and the lemonade was incorrect. I was given a drink that I had not ordered. At any other store, this same order would normally take about three minutes. Today it took twenty minutes, which is disrespectful and unacceptable customer service. In its current condition, this store should be closed until proper management and training are in place. I do not recommend it and I will not be returning. I would also like to call the attention of Mega Coffee's Head Office to conduct a hygiene inspection at this location. Employees were not washing their hands during service, the ice compartment looked as if it had not been cleaned for days, and the restroom was filthy. I only drank half of my drink before throwing it away. The worst part of all was seeing employees who mocked the situation and behaved unprofessionally in front of customers. Prefer to buy my drink at outher coffee store at the corner but not here anymore. Disappointed. Price per person: ₩1–10,000

Couldn’t order without using the kiosk. Then I, and a Korean couple, were both told no cash. Nobody ahead of us and nearly 20 minutes for me to get an Iced Latte which had almost no taste. Everyone needs to be fired or they need to be put out of business. The staff couldn’t have cared less about actually working. I wouldn’t recommend any US personnel give this location your business. Roasters is a significantly better coffee shop not a far walk away with pleasant and helpful staff. Food: 1 Service: 1
