Wonderful little Western brunch-style cafe tucked away from Seogwipo's busy city area which is well worth the trip (we drove there from Hallim!). Ample parking at the rear, walking inside reveals a cute venue with a distinctive retro vibe. On the wall next to where we were seated the owners had proudly displayed their collection of tea spoons from all over the world which matched perfectly with the cafe's charming "cosy kitchen" ambience. Marrickville cafe is named after the Western Sydney suburb which husband and wife owners fondly remember from their time lived in Australia. From what we could tell, the wife runs service with her husband in charge of the kitchen and the operation runs smoothly. The owners are friendly, welcoming and the wife speaks excellent English too. We tried their hummus and avocado on toast and eggs benedict: both were fresh, hot and tasty. The avocado was excellent and a welcome treat since it has been almost impossible to find any cafes which serve dishes with fresh avocado. A lovely experience overall and highly recommended for foreigners and locals alike. Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely loved this place! The food was fresh and perfectly balanced — especially the Eggs Benny and Hummus toast. The interior has a calm, stylish vibe with warm sunlight and a touch of Australian charm. Owners were kind and attentive, making the whole experience even better. One of the best brunch spots I’ve visited in Jeju — highly recommended! Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
