Owner cares more about objects than customers. I have been a regular here whenever I visit Korea, but today was my last visit. After my mom accidentally broke a teapot handle, I settled the payment immediately (KRW 150,000) and apologized sincerely. The staff was kind enough to check if we were injured, but the owner was cold and dismissive, only lamenting about the "artistic value" of the teapot. Not once did they ask if we were okay. It’s a shame that such a beautiful space lacks basic hospitality and concern for people. I also strongly advise against visiting with young children. Given the owner's reaction to an accident, this is not a family-friendly environment and would be incredibly stressful for parents. Highly disappointed. Price per person: ₩100,000+ Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
