There are too many awesome remarks for my experience with meltedsg, so I will just share a few impt points: 1. The customised pull money lottery cake design is so unique and creative, can tell that a lot of effort is put into it. Yet the price is reasonable and affordable. 2. The cake is not just icing sugar (what I thought/most people will think it is), it is like sponge cake inside and it is not too sweet too! The taste and flavor was just perfectly right! I recalled my relative saying 'This kind of customized cake, design looks nice but taste confirm not that nice', but after taking the 1st bite, she was so surprised 'OMG I take back my words! This is so delicious! Hmm!! So delicious' 3. The customised cake was delivered on time and I am still amazed how the cake did not toppled during the transportation. Thank you for making my daddy's 60th birthday such a special one

Ordered their burnt cheesecake for my birthday on 6th June. Ate it with my husband and both of us got tummy ache n diarrhea after that. Still in disbelief that it's the cake, I ate it again on 8th June after keeping it in the fridge. I had diarrhea again after that. I want to thank Meltedsg for being understanding and even offered a refund as I didn't managed to enjoy the whole cake. Thank you for your kind initiatives.

i am sorry to hear about your terrible experience. Our cakes are done in batches and we have never received any feedbacks from elsewhere. We are really sorry about this and we will like to give you a full refund . Please contact us on fb for more information.
