Ordered 1 Niku Udon and 1 Totkunso Ramen via Food panda! BUT when received, all the soup was leaked out in the plastic!!! Your staff did not secure the container lid at all! This was supposed to be our late dinner! HOWEVER its totally dried up and just ingredients alone!

i order this food from foodpanda , can i know why the crabsticck have plastic inside? and the rice is not sushi rice , the rice no tasteless . can you replace this?

Had lunch with my colleagues at Hillion Men Men Don Don outlet but all three service staff had a really bad attitude and don’t seem to know their workflow well which affected the customers (ourselves). The kitchen staff and cashier had no communication amongst themselves and did not serve the correct dish to the right customer (according to receipt number). After we’ve clarified on the wrong orders, they insisted for us to take the wrong food items because of their failed communication but eventually gave in and re-cooked the final two bowls of food. Highly do not recommend anyone to patronise the stall.
