Do note they are closed in the noon for break time but no such notices was available online / they kept their business sign light on & i waited 15 mins for a parking lot to go in and to be chased out. Bad customer service, i am talking about the serangoon garden outlet. Update your operating hours & indicate the break time!

Ordered through phone, opened up when home and found the roasted duck portion is all bones and no meat!

Inattentive order taker. Told her wanted to have seperate plate for char Siew; double platter for Roast meat n duck. She kept getting it wrong n in the end served double platter char Siew with roast meat - no duck. And still had a seperate plate of char Siew! Told her wrong - then she said Double platter no duck. Minimum $16 to have Double platter with duck. She did not indicate at all while I was ordering. Neither did the sign board say so. Anyway char Siew that day was tough n dry . Totally disappointed!
