全体として印象に残ったのは雰囲気の良さで、内容面より空間づくりに力を入れているお店という印象でした。味はそこそこで、350バーツ程度なら納得できますが、この立地を考慮しても価格設定は高すぎると感じました。 麺は細麺で、スープにはとろみがありますが、濃厚な豚骨というより醤油の主張が強めです。盛り付けは綺麗な一方で、麺線は整っていませんでした。煮卵は差別化や付加価値を意識しているのかもしれませんが、燻製の香りが強すぎてラーメン全体とのバランスが崩れているように感じました。紙エプロンの用意もありませんでした。 店内中央に調理場がありますが位置が高く、中の様子は見えません。調理や製麺工程を見せる演出もなく、ラーメンについての説明も特にありませんでした。卓上調味料もなく、10%のサービスチャージに対してどのようなサービスが含まれているのか分かりませんでした。監視カメラが多い点も少し気になりました。 全体として、雰囲気は良いものの、価格に対して満足感は高くなく、再訪は慎重に考えるお店でした。 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿600–800 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Second visit to this branch after around 2 months, and I can tell the flavor is less salty than before, which is definitely an improvement. I’ve always been a fan of Mensho Tokyo and regularly visit their Sukhumvit branch, which gives a much better overall experience. The food here was decent, but unfortunately the service and dining environment really ruined the experience for me. First, the restaurant was extremely hot. The AC didn’t feel cold enough at all, and we were sweating throughout the meal. For a ramen place, especially in Bangkok weather, that made the experience pretty uncomfortable. Service was also disappointing. The staff felt unwilling to serve us, and it was difficult to get their attention because they rarely stayed in positions where customers could easily call them. We constantly had to stand up and look for staff whenever we needed something. Paying a 10% service charge for this level of service honestly felt ridiculous. There was also an issue with our order. The staff asked whether we wanted both bowls served at the same time because tsukemen takes longer to prepare. We said yes, but they still ended up serving the noodles separately. My girlfriend received her bowl first, while I had to sit there watching and waiting for my tsukemen to arrive. Overall, the food itself was okay, but the service quality and staff attitude make me feel like I probably wouldn’t return to this branch again, even though I still like the Mensho brand in general. The Sukhumvit branch staff are much more welcoming and energetic, which makes me much happier to visit that location instead. Mensho Tonkotsu really stands out if you love a rich, deeply flavored ramen. The tonkotsu broth is incredibly intense and creamy without feeling overly heavy, which is not easy to get right. The noodles are thin but cooked perfectly firm, giving a great bite and never turning mushy. Every element feels well-balanced and carefully done. Definitely a satisfying bowl that I would come back for again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
