新界で豚骨ラーメンが食べたくなったら麺屋山下。 日本のラーメンの味でホッとします。 オーナーの娘さんなのか、女の子が人懐っこくて可愛いです。店の外でボール遊びした良い思い出。 お店は上水のカオスっぽいローカルな場所にありますが、日本の味は生きています。

Awesome ramen from Menya Yamashita, and their broth is rich, and the chashu is well seasoned. The location of the restaurant is not good, it's not easy to find. And during my visit on weekdays for dinner, no queue is required, and the restaurant is half full. Ordered their signature ramen which is great. Also ordered their fried shrimp, which is well cooked. However the seating here can be improved, it's too pack for their customers Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: 鹽味叉燒拉麵
