Mt Fuji Ramen - no attempts to recreate the Mt Fuji look, lackluster display. Fried Chicken Rice set - looks different from picture, no veg with the chicken and dumpling as in picture. served plain without sauce for the chicken, hard to eat. Not Japanese quality. The service at Menzo Butao @ Changi City Point could be more attentive. The staff didn’t take away the menu after we placed our order, leaving the table feeling crowded. I also found it unclear how they portion the dishes, as only one egg was served with the ramen. On the positive side, the fried rice was flavorful and well-cooked. However, the pork chop was disappointing—too dry and overly salty. The ramen itself was just average and didn’t stand out. Additionally, the cold barley tea wasn’t refilled, which left me wondering if it’s even refillable. Overall, there’s room for improvement in both the food quality and the dining experience.
