We chose the merchant kitchen for our Christmas Eve dinner, and it exceeded all expectations, delivering a truly magical and memorable holiday experience. The Vibe & Atmosphere: When we walked in, the festive spirit was palpable. The decorations were gorgeous, creating a warm, celebratory, and perfect Christmas vibe. It felt special without being stuffy. The Food: A Culinary Journey The buffet spread was nothing short of spectacular. The variety was incredible, ensuring there was something for every palate. • Seafood Heaven: The seafood selection was fresh, abundant, and beautifully presented—a real highlight. • Endless Variety: From classic holiday roasts and international dishes to comfort foods, the range was impressive. Everything we tried was flavorful and well-prepared. • Dessert Paradise: The dessert station was a dream, with countless sweet treats that were as delicious as they looked. • Kid-Approved: A huge plus was the dedicated kids' section with friendly options, so our little ones were just as excited about the food as we were. We were staying at the hotel, and here was our breakfast. Very varied with Indian, Chinese, Western and Thai dishes as well as lots of fruit. Even at the busiest time there was no more than a 2-3 minute wait for a table. Food: 5
