I visited Tonchin Ramen on the 1st floor of The Mercury Ville@Chidlom. The restaurant mainly has table seating, and it suddenly became crowded after 12 PM. The truffle soy sauce ramen I ordered had delicious noodles, but the truffle aroma quickly disappeared, leaving it lacking in flavor and unsatisfying. The char siu (roast pork) was also a bit dry and not very good. I ordered two types of ramen, but for some reason, the soup in both tasted watery. Many people working in the surrounding area were visiting during lunchtime. 〈What we orderd...〉. Tonchin Classic Tokyo Tonkotsu Ramen 240B. Tokyo Truffle Shoyu Ramen 320B. Water 30B. TOTAL 694B The Mercury Ville@Chidlomの1st フロアにある屯ちんラーメンを訪れました。 レストラン内はテーブル席がメインで12時を過ぎると突然混雑し始めました。 私が注文したトリュフ醤油ラーメンは麺は美味しいのですがトリュフの香りがすぐに消えてしまい旨みがなく物足りなかったです。 チャーシューも食べると少しパサついていてあんまりでした。 2種類のラーメンを注文しましたが、どちらもなぜかスープが水っぽく感じました。 周辺で働いている方が多くランチに訪れていました。 〈注文したもの〉 東京豚骨ラーメン 240B トリュフ醤油ラーメン 320B(タイ限定) 水 30B.
