The perfect budget-friendly place to stay in the Jomtien Beach, greater Pattaya, area. Located 100 metres from the beach in Jomtien Soi 7, which is full of friendly bars plus hair salons, massage shops and mini-marts - so a very convenient location. The room was very good with a huge double bed and all the essential basics on hand. The hotel has a lovely pool garden and a beer garden café. The eat-as-much-as-you-like buffet breakfast is great and can be eaten in the indoor restaurant or the outdoor café, whichever you prefer. All-in-all a perfect stay! Service: 5

A small hotel right next to the beach, supermarkets, money exchange office, night market and what not. The room is quite clean with a good shower, always hot water, a well-sized balcony, a fridge and a safe. The breakfast is very basic but ok. There’s a bar and a pool which is well located and well maintained. The guests definitely like it. There are pool towels every day. The only thing that might be the issue is a nosy street outside. If you’re not very sensitive to music from the outside at night, good for you. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

For the price, this is a great hotel located right in the heart of Jomtien. I stayed at the hotel for 10 days. The first 3 nights, I stayed in the main building after booking the base room. The building was outdated and the amenities inside were not very nice, as well as louder at nighttime with the bars as well as the people staying in the building. The last 7 nights I rebooked to a superior room pool view. This room was in one of the four newly renovated buildings and was immensely nicer all around. The TV is a smart TV, but it couldn't connect to the Internet on it so that didn't work. I wasn't in the room much, so it was not a big deal. I was on the top floor, which had issues with Internet connection because the room was further away from the buildings router. The cost for the superior room was not much more than the standard, but TOTALLY worth it. The pool was amazing, especially considering the price difference for hotels that have pools in the area. The two bartenders for the bar at the pool that worked the most, Eye and Rose, were amazing. They took very good care of me at the bar, which closed at 10pm each night. The main receptionist, Gun, was also AMAZING. She was able to accommodate my room change perfectly, as well as got a pillow top cover for the bed so quickly (beds here are pretty stiff, definitely request a pillow top to help soften the feel). The cleaning staff was super quick to clean the room as soon as you put the request sign up. No waiting for hours to see when this would get done, which was super nice to know it was being done well and quickly. The 5 star review reflects the hotel for the price and location. This would be a 3-4 star review had it not been for the amazing staff members, specifically Gun (reception), Eye (bar), Rose (bar), and cleaning staff. Look forward to coming back soon! Service: 5
