本当に美味しすぎる 定員さんのお姉さんも可愛いくて優しかったです 英語喋れないけどお姉さんが丁寧に教えてくれて助かりました 量もたくさんでめっちゃお腹いっぱいになりました 絶対また行きます^_−. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000

TLDR: clean place, decent food, bad staff, horrible wait time. Mesilla Kitchen was something a lot of us were looking forward to. Sadly, the wait for food the three times that my group had been was a wait time of an hour or more for chips and guac, not even the entree. This most recent time was the longest and took about an hour and 30 minutes to receive our food. Patrons who came after us received food before us due to the ordering process and handling by staff. Furthermore, the owner drinks in front of the customers and was aggressive to staff on opening day. The male server there dropped food by another customer at the counter that was someones packaged togo order, looks up, says "you didn't see that". Picks it up, laughs, and leaves it for the customer to come and pick up unbeknownst to him. Because of our wait on this third and final day, we assumed that we were receiving food as an apology because the male server asked if we would like it to go, so we said thank you and took it to the counter to pay and he brings a new ticket. We say we aren't paying for something we did not order and inform them we thought it was on the house because thats what was implied by that same male server. The server asks the owner who proceeds to come out and say "no, it's fine, we will give to our staff." We will not be returning here. The food is an okinawa 8 at best for bringing good food but is a stateside 6.5. We hope others have a better go of this restaurant than we have had and suggest that if you go, order to go. The management and flow of the shop is nonexistent. Their saving grace is the female cashier. メシラ キッチンは、私たちの多くが楽しみにしていた場所です。残念ながら、私たちのグループが 3 回行ったときは、食事の待ち時間は 1 時間以上でした。この最後のときが一番長く、食事を受け取るまでに約 1 時間 30 分かかりました。注文プロセスとスタッフの対応により、私たちの後から来た客が先に食事を受け取りました。さらに、オーナーはオープン初日に積極的に飲酒し、スタッフに攻撃的でした。そこの男性サーバーは、別の客がカウンターに落とした食べ物、つまり誰かが持ち帰り注文したパッケージの食べ物を、見上げて「あなたはそれを見ていません」と言いました。それを拾い、客が取りに来るように、客に知らせずに置きました。この 3 日目と最終日に待たされたため、男性サーバーが持ち帰り注文をするか尋ねたため、私たちは謝罪として食べ物を受け取っていると思い込み、ありがとうと言ってカウンターに持って行って支払いをしたところ、彼は新しいチケットを持ってきました。私たちは、注文していないものに対しては支払いをしていないと言い、それが暗黙の了解だったので、それはサービスだと思っていたと言いました。店員がオーナーに尋ねると、オーナーは店から出てきて「いいえ、大丈夫です。スタッフに渡します」と言いました。私たちはここには戻りません。 料理は、おいしい料理を運んでくる沖縄では最高でも8ですが、アメリカでは6.5です。他の人がこのレストランを私たちよりもうまく利用してくれることを望みます。行くならテイクアウトを注文することをお勧めします。店の経営と流れは存在しません。 要約: 清潔な場所、まともな料理、悪いスタッフ、ひどい待ち時間。.
