I finally tried the Sundubu Jjigae at Maetdol Sundubu and it was incredible. The tofu is on the rougher, more traditional side, which I loved because it was so aromatic and full of that deep,nutty and earthy bean taste. My only complaint is that the serving felt too small—only because it was so delicious I wanted more! The side dishes here are a solid 5 stars. They served a white fungus cold dish with a hint of wasabi that was so intriguing; even after visiting Korea for many years, I’ve never tasted anything like it. Everything else on the table was fresh and flavorful. I will absolutely be coming back Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
