Absolutely awful. We arrived at 6pm to watch the sunset, and thought we would order a drink to start. Alas, we could not. We were told the bartender was not there yet. Almost an hour later they finally showed up. A beer was ordered and took twenty minutes. Wine was also ordered and was forgotten (it arrived thirty minutes later). As we were waiting for our food, four bread baskets were given to the table (we were only a group of four). I love bread so who am I to complain? Two minutes later the server came over and took two away without even saying anything.The spare ribs arrived for the main course but unfortunately they did not serve them with a saw. Which may be the only thing able to cut through the chewy, hard ribs. After eating, we had to seek out the servers to order any additional drinks. We were not asked how the meal was, if we wanted dessert, or if we would like anything else. It seemed as though the staff were more concerned about the lights in the bushes being on the correct setting, than attending to one of their three tables. Overall it was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in Pattaya. We have eaten at Pineapple restaurant several times and it was decent. Last night was an absolute mess. I wanted to email the restaurant directly instead of posting a review, however there is no website or information available for direct contact.
