Ok small Mexican restaurant and bar. Sadly it’s still impossible to find great Mexican food in Bangkok. Went early on a Thursday night, three other groups in the restaurant. Had a DJ setup so maybe they get going later in the evening. My guess is this place is a more of a bar than a restaurant. Pros Good location. I liked the decor. Very good selection of Tequila and Mezcal. Home made corn tortillas that were pretty good. The guacamole and salsa and chips was pretty good, although small portion. The cow tongue taco was my favorite thing I tried. The corn was pretty decent. The margaritas were pretty good. Cons Restaurant had a bad smell, like dirty bathroom. The fancy cocktail was not good. The pork taco was not good. Way too much sauce. The mushroom taco was not good. The after dinner chocolate was not good. Way to stringent and tasted old. They were out of many ingredients and so we could not order some items. In general not very authentic Mexican flavors. Kind of expensive considering the quality. Overall I would probably not return or recommend. Price per person: ฿1,000+ Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Beef Birria

I can say, the chicken tinga tacos were the absolute best. The flavors were astounding. I did not anticipate a taco so good. The setting has a fun decorative glow.

Pros: The decor is cool. The food is delicious. The staff are awesome and friendly. Cons: they got our order wrong, but they made up for it by being super friendly and offered us a free shot of mezcal. Unsure if the shot was compensation for the mix up or if they were just being cool. Overall: great bar. Wish we stayed long enough to see the DJ play. Very cool place for chill vibes and an awesome atmosphere to chill and chat sh*t with mates.
