Im really glad i have accidentally stumble onto this amazing noodles place. Apparently the chef/owner use to be a pilot, and he is very friendly and more then happy to share some of his lifetime story with ya, provided he is not too busy lol If it is available (limited to 10 bowl a day i think) you must definitely order his signature competition beef noodles. I do admit it is on the pricey side but the meat quality is definitely worth it. The soup base wise, its sweater then your usual beef noodles soup. However, the restaurant is quiet small and its only run by the chef and his wife, so patient is required while visiting this place. But its worth it! This is a must visit place if you are a beef noodles fans and happens to be nearby. :) P.S: and just incase you might think why is the signature dish cost so much and yet there is only 3 pcs of meat, it has to do with this particular cut that is very very limited.
